I’m Tani (TAH-nee), a yoga guide (RYT 200) dedicated to creating space for both grounding and expansion. My teaching is rooted in seasonal rhythms, mindful movement, and the belief that your practice can be a powerful path to self-trust and inner alignment.

Flow into Clarity is a 90-minute yoga and meditation practice that gives you the space to come home to yourself, clear mental clutter, and move forward with intention. We’ll flow through a grounding yoga flow, settle into stillness with guided meditation, and finish with optional journaling, conversation, and tea. Most importantly, you'll walk away with two clear action steps to help you take aligned action toward whatever it is you're manifesting.
